Sleeve length: Tape measure from crown (tip) of shoulder down to an inch below wrist joint.

Neck: Tape measure around neck. Not too tight, leave enough room for a finger.

Waist: Tape measure around waist, about an inch below belly button.

Outside leg: Tape measure from waist down outside of the leg within half an inch from floor without shoes.

Hat size: Tape measure around head about an inch above the eyebrows and half an inch above ears.
